Couples Parent Coaching (6 monthly payments)

In couples work, we elevate the parenting of both members of a parenting dyad. I spend time with each of you individually, and time together as a couple, meeting with each person 1:1 once/month and with all 3 of us together once/month. This package includes all of the same elements of 1:1 coaching plus the couples session each month: *3 Monthly 45-minute coaching sessions *Parenting Workbook with guided exercises and corresponding instructional videos *Monthly individualized gameplan *Pre- and post-session assessments. *Recordings of all sessions *Unlimited access to me between sessions.
